Incentives Director

The Rewards Manager plays a pivotal role in managing enterprise-wide reward activities to enhance quality performance across assigned lines of business or markets.

• Oversee the execution of the enterprise quality rewards program and lead the program team to ensure timely completion of all quality rewards for applicable lines of business.
• Direct reporting of rewards earned and redeemed for each market and line of business, including analysis of reward impact and its effects on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with markets to develop effective reward programs.
• Work closely with vendors to analyze reward spend and provide regular reports on budget implications.
• Ensure that vendors meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and support programmatic needs.
• Promote compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by working closely with the compliance team.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of rewards programs.
• Foster internal workgroups and committees to drive improvements in quality measure outcomes.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
• A minimum of five years of healthcare managed care experience is mandatory.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing team performance, is essential.
