The Rewards Manager plays a pivotal role in managing enterprise-wide reward activities to enhance quality performance across assigned lines of business or markets.
Main Responsibilities- Oversee the execution of the enterprise quality rewards program and lead the program team to ensure timely completion of all quality rewards for applicable lines of business.
- Direct reporting of rewards earned and redeemed for each market and line of business, including analysis of reward impact and its effects on performance metrics.
- Collaborate with markets to develop effective reward programs.
- Work closely with vendors to analyze reward spend and provide regular reports on budget implications.
- Ensure that vendors meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements and support programmatic needs.
- Promote compliance with regulatory and legal requirements by working closely with the compliance team.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of rewards programs.
- Foster internal workgroups and committees to drive improvements in quality measure outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience required.
- A minimum of five years of healthcare managed care experience is mandatory.
- Minimum two years of supervisory experience, including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing team performance, is essential.
- Excellent team facilitation skills.
- Financial acumen.
- Cross-functional indirect management skills.
- A good understanding of IT architecture and processes.
- Research, data analysis, and trending skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to develop, prioritize, and accomplish goals.
