About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Dr. Reddy's Brasil. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining best-in-class procurement processes that meet our quality, service level, and cost objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and prices.
  • Lead the procurement process for direct and indirect materials and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Implement and maintain a procurement system to track and analyze spending, identify areas for cost savings, and optimize procurement processes.
  • Train internal users and requestors on procurement procedures and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the compliance team to perform due diligence on suppliers and ensure adherence to company policies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Expertise in SAP MM and MS Office skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
