Intuitive Interface Specialist

As a senior user experience and interface designer, you will be responsible for creating seamless and visually appealing interfaces that deliver an outstanding user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intuitive interfaces that are aesthetically pleasing and functional using design tools like Figma.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language and style guide across all product interfaces.
  • Enhance the design system by collecting and refining requirements from stakeholders and creating detailed UI documentation.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior managers and executives in the form of written reports summarizing data analysis.
  • Provide guidance and training to implement recommended changes and gather data to assess their impact.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications and provide detailed design documentation, assets, and specifications.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of design solutions through user feedback, analytics, and other data sources.

Requirements:

  • Experience working as a senior product designer on B2C products.
  • Proven ability to drive business-driven UI redesign initiatives.
  • Strong technical and design documentation skills.
  • Experience with both product metrics and UX metrics to inform design decisions.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and take ownership of initiatives.
  • B2+ level of English proficiency.
  • C1+ level of Russian proficiency.
  • Alignment with company values including trust, challenge, and enthusiasm for constant change.
