Job Type: Freelance, Contract Position (no agencies/C2C)
Location: Work from anywhere - flexible schedule
Hourly Range: $40.00 – $45.00/hr
Estimated Duration: 40/week - long term
Job Requirements:
- Must Have - SAP S4 HANA implementation experience with Brazil localization
- Must Have - SAP SAP S4 HANA Implementation experience with DRC/ARC to connect SEFAZ system
- Must Have - Having experience in Create ISS WHT for Brazil, PIS WHT for Brazil, Localization Reports NF Inbound and Outbound, New localization report ICMS, Define Tax Codes, Importation of services, Importation of Tax Fee, Process invoice for consumption of goods, Localization Report - ICMS - SPED, Localization form SPED, Fiscal EFD ICMS, IRRF WHT for Brazil, Sample ship to Lab, Sample send to an external Lab for test, WHT for COFINS for Brazil, Create WHT for CSSL for Brazil
- SAP S4 HANA Data Migration on Financial Objects expertise is must
- SAP S4 HANA field mapping Source to Target along with Transformation rules expertise is must
- SAP S4 Hana Flori based data load and validation expertise and SAP LTMC, LTMOM Hands on working expertise is a must
- SAP FICO expertise in Financial design and Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of the build, system testing, and implementation phases of the project.
- Perform integration testing work as necessary to ensure that new functionality or enhancements do not adversely affect existing functionality.
- Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts as necessary to increase their understanding and utilization of the SAP systems and applications.
- Provide direct reports of ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
- Deliver the customer requirements within agreed timelines as well as adhere to SLAs agreed, driving the team for delivery excellence.
- Based on user requirements analysis, provide solutions to the customer which meet customer expectations, prepare functional designs, and system configuration, and perform relevant testing and deployment of the designed, business solution.
- Solution Architect for the Solution Team in SAP implementation and rollout projects or SAP support and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA 2021 global template rollout for Brazil
- Collaborate with the customer and Yash offshore team to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop and implement solutions to meet customer requirements
- Provide expertise in SAP FICO, SAP S/4 HANA implementation, and Brazil localization
- Ensure knowledge transfer to functional analysts and provide coaching and mentoring
- Deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines and adhere to SLAs
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO and SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Proven expertise in Brazil localization and SAP S/4 HANA implementation
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO and SAP S/4 HANA data migration
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
