Job Opportunity:

We are looking for an HR professional to support our operations staff, ensuring alignment with established Human Resources policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support, conducting training sessions, and collaborating with the HRBP and Payroll teams on operational matters.

Your duties will also include handling employee hearings, identifying potential discrepancies, and implementing corrective actions.

In addition, you will play a key role in applying our SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment), Quality, and Zero Harm policies in your daily activities.

You will work closely with the Operational Audits team to ensure compliance with Human Resources standards.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management is preferred
  • 1-3 years of work experience is preferred
