Job Summary

We are seeking a versatile and adaptable Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role will involve building internal-use products that directly support the company's departmental operations, focusing on improving agent enablement, streamlining internal workflows, and integrating various platforms.

The ideal candidate is an expert in building full-stack web applications and working comfortably across both frontend and backend technologies, including designing and integrating APIs, adapting quickly to new tools and technologies, deploying applications to production, and contributing to tools and systems that support the company's departmental operations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build full-stack applications and work comfortably across frontend and backend
  • Expertise in Python and TypeScript with a strong understanding of relational databases, especially PostgreSQL
  • Strong understanding of web fundamentals, including designing and integrating APIs and RESTful services
  • Experience with AI tool integrations, RAG system development, or MCP (Model Context Protocol) is a strong plus
