About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and resolving disputes in a timely and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and resolve disputes within 7 days, ensuring minimal cash impact.
  • Support customers with invoice-related complaints, ensuring problems are resolved before dispute closure.
  • Request sales updates to avoid future errors.
  • Control canceled and pending invoices on the system.
  • Register handled problems in GETPAID for KPI purposes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure correct procedure execution.
  • Generate reports to support operations and escalate unresolved disputes/pending RFIs.
