Cloud Solution Architect Role

We are seeking a visionary automation leader to drive the technical design and implementation of transformative AI-driven solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can cultivate strong relationships, guide cross-functional teams, and drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate combines technical depth with strategic foresight and has a proven track record of delivering end-to-end automation at scale. The role interfaces with Enterprise Architecture, Business leaders, Senior Leaders, and Cyber/Privacy/Legal teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion software excellence & talent development through SDLC best practices, clean architecture, automated testing, and scalable design.
  • Lead automation use-case architecture using technologies like GenAI, API, D&A, etc., working closely with Product Managers, automation engineers, stakeholders across business and DTS, and Enterprise Architecture.
  • Design robust REST and GraphQL APIs for real-time agent communication, tool execution, and memory handling.
  • Architect and optimize ETL pipelines for real-time and batch data processing. Ensure seamless data flow between GenAI services, databases, and user interfaces.
  • Deploy and scale services using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Apply MLOps best practices for monitoring, versioning, and performance tuning of AI components.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Cloud Platform Proficiency: Solid experience in architecting, deploying, and managing applications across leading cloud platforms; familiarity with cloud-native services, containerization, and serverless architectures.
  • Embedded Systems and CI/CD: Experience with embedded devices, operating systems, and server-client architecture. Proficient in CI/CD and DevSecOps practices.
  • Architecture Design: Experience in Microservices and Event-Driven Architecture. Familiarity with SQL Server, Web Services (SOAP/REST) and API development.
  • .NET Development Skills: Extensive hands-on experience with .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, Entity Framework); knowledge of Blazor or ASP.NET MVC is valuable.
  • Integration with SAP and Salesforce: Ability to integrate .NET applications with SAP and Salesforce platforms via APIs and middleware solutions.
  • Security and Compliance: Understanding of cloud security practices and compliant authentication/authorization mechanisms.
  • Scalability and High Availability: Designing highly scalable and resilient applications with cloud features like load balancing, auto-scaling, and caching.
  • Agile Development Practices: Strong background in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning in cloud-based development.
