Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Latam Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance team, you'll be responsible for providing financial guidance and support to our regional business leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with regional business leaders to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Develop and implement financial controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage global standards and best practices to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in building financial models, forecasts, and reports.
  • Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis.
  • Experience in participating in continuous improvement projects to scale and improve controllership with measurable results.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause, and creating/implementing an escalation plan.
  • MBA or CPA certification.
  • Knowledge of SQL/ETL and experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools.
