Job Title

A highly skilled Microsoft Windows Admin is required to facilitate the efficient operation of our systems.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in Windows administration, including experience with SCCM, Lync, Office 365, and WebEx. The ideal candidate will have advanced English skills for conversation and completed higher education level.

  • Facilitate bridge calls and drive them towards resolution for any potential or reported major incidents.
  • Administer Operating System (OS) of all applicable physical and virtual servers.
  • Manage Active Directory (AD), Domain Name System (DNS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP).
  • Perform security & vulnerability patching of all servers.
  • Image and deploy systems using System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM).
  • Administer file/print servers.
  • Administer Exchange servers.
  • Administer SharePoint and WebEx services.
  • Manage mobile device management remotely.
  • Administer AutoSys Workload Automation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Advanced English skills for conversation.
  • Completed Higher Education Level.
  • Windows 2016, Windows 2012, 2010, SCCM, PowerShell, DHCP, Patching.
  • Exchange 2016, 2012, 2010.
  • 1-3 years' experience in Windows/Exchange.
  • Good communication English skills.
  • Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge in Windows 2016, Windows 2012, 2010, SCCM, PowerShell, DHCP, Patching.
  • Knowledge in VM Ware/VSphere, Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, Office, WebEx Admin.
  • Familiarity with Citrix Admin, Sql Server, Sharepoint Admin, File/Print Server Administration.
  • Knowledge of ITIL general management practices.
  • Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
  • Must be able to track incidents, service requests, change requests to meet SLAs.
  • Manage meetings, conference bridges.
