Key Retail Leadership Role

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Support the evolution of retail environments to ensure they remain market-relevant, customer-focused, and aligned.
  2. Brief key stakeholders on retail design criteria and processes throughout various stages.
  3. Provide innovative solutions to support or improve trade performance when proposals don't meet set standards.
  4. Collaborate with peers in weekly forums to share and provide feedback on design concepts.
Required Skills:
  • Retail, F&B, L&E literate
  • Creative problem solving and innovative thinking
  • Strong Sketching skills
  • Technical design knowledge (design development and manufacture detailing)
  • Basic understanding of structural design
  • English - business and technical fluency essential; Arabic - highly desirable
Personal Qualifications:

Strong Communication & Negotiation skills (verbal, written, and presentation), Organized, structured, accurate, Strong time management.
