Job Title: Content Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Content Manager to oversee and refine content across our travel portals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong grasp of digital storytelling, excellent editing skills, and a deep understanding of web content best practices.

The successful Content Manager will collaborate with content creators, designers, developers, and marketing teams to ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand voice, engages our audience, and supports our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality content across pages, ensuring consistency in style, formatting, and structure.
  • Edit, proofread, and publish web content to ensure clarity, grammar, accuracy, and tone alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to produce and update webpages.
  • Optimize content for user experience by utilizing content provided by marketing and implementing internal linking.
  • Ensure accessibility and mobile-friendliness of all content.
  • Manage and update content in a content management system (CMS).
  • Monitor website performance and user engagement with content; recommend improvements based on analytics.
  • Conduct regular content audits to identify outdated or underperforming material.
  • Maintain an editorial calendar and coordinate content updates with other departments.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in content editing, digital publishing, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS basics is a plus.
  • Comfortable using web analytics tools.
  • Experience in luxury, travel, lifestyle, or e-commerce sectors is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced digital environment.
