Job Description:

As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in helping us build and deliver cutting-edge technology that saves lives. We are a fast-growing healthcare technology startup with a mission to transform clinical research through innovative applications of AI.

Our platform dramatically boosts clinical trial patient recruitment using generative AI, achieving unheard-of conversion rates up to 10x better than traditional human-driven processes. You will be working on compressing recruitment timelines from many months to just a few weeks across multiple therapeutic areas.

Key Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining complex JSON configurations for trial recruitment workflows, setting up and managing Zapier integrations, particularly with Meta advertising platforms, and providing customers with implementation guidance and support.

You will also troubleshoot customer issues, identify gaps, and coordinate solutions with our engineering team, while monitoring and optimizing recruitment funnel performance, documenting processes, and acting as a quality gatekeeper for all customer-facing elements during setup.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of experience with JSON, Zapier, and Meta Business platform
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain structured documentation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable switching between multiple tools, systems, and priorities
  • Experience with calling APIs with tools such as Postman
  • Self-motivated, organized, and proactive
