Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team at Crane Worldwide Logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing employee benefits, controlling time sheets, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and administer employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Process and review time sheets to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Update and maintain employee registration forms and records
  • Support with new hire and termination documentation
  • Collaborate with trade unions as needed
  • Provide exceptional support to employees and management
  • Maintain a physical archive of HR-related documents

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources or Administration preferred
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Intermediate English language skills desirable
