Project Delivery Specialist

Deliver projects efficiently and safely, resulting in high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Act as customer focal point for technical queries and interface upon project commencement.
  • Develop innovative solutions to client problems in collaboration with the team, driving business growth.
  • Maintain excellent service delivery and develop working relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate project delivery, ensuring budget control and margin optimization.
  • Manage work scopes to achieve customer objectives and satisfaction levels.
  • Participate in internal and external meetings to support project delivery or business development initiatives.
Key Activities:
  • Conduct pre-project briefs and ensure technician requirements are forecasted regularly, ensuring timely mobilisation.
  • Liaise with workshop and office staff to prioritise workload and allocate resources effectively.
  • Ensure client Final Acceptance Tests (FATs), documentation, and certification meet satisfactory standards, reflecting positively on our organisation's reputation.
  • Fulfill training requirements and provide updates on project status, changes in scope, and third-party resource allocation.
