Regional Sales Manager

This is a senior-level sales position within a global business responsible for the commercial activities across Brazil and Latin America.

The successful candidate will shape the commercial future of a globally respected fertilizer leader, developing and maintaining commercial relationships with clients, distributors, and market players in the region.

The role requires strategic visibility and regional influence, serving as the local market intelligence lead and reporting trends, competitor moves, and regional activity to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive growth and revenue across the region.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Providing market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
  • Representing the brand with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors to build credibility and trust.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to coordinate sales efforts and drive business results.
