Job Summary:
The Cloud Service Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth delivery of SAP cloud services to our esteemed clients. This position requires an individual with exceptional customer focus, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to drive results-oriented projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Engagement Management: Conduct regular business review meetings with clients to discuss service quality, propose improvement potential, and deliver quarterly balanced scorecards with KPIs to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Delivery Management: Accountable for orchestrating onboarding/transition projects, managing overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones, and serving as a single point of contact for service and support requirements of clients regarding SAP cloud solutions.
- Account Management: Identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with sales teams to ensure upsell and renewal, enable customer satisfaction surveys, and drive and review SLA service credit cases.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of work experience in a related field
- Excellent customer focus, networking, and relationship-building skills
