Expert Clinical Therapist

The ideal candidate for this rehabilitation clinical specialist role is a licensed professional in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology with at least two years of direct patient care experience and relevant board certification.
This opportunity is part of a neuro program expansion featuring cutting-edge equipment. The selected individual will contribute to fostering staff education and evidence-based practice, ensure seamless transitions of care throughout the rehabilitation continuum, and support the orientation and mentorship of staff members.
- Develop treatment approaches by utilizing current research and best practices while delivering direct patient care.
- Apply research findings in practice via direct patient care, share knowledge with colleagues, collect data, and facilitate involvement in ongoing and future performance improvement projects.
The successful candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in physical therapy, occupational therapy, or speech-language pathology, along with two years of clinical experience and board certification. A Master's or Doctorate degree in the same field is considered an asset.
