About This Role

As an Enterprise Security Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and driving sales engagements to meet and exceed revenue targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a portfolio of 20+ named accounts, working with our partner community to gain access to new opportunities and upsell/cross-sell existing customers.
  2. Develop strategic account plans to identify add-on opportunities and drive enterprise-wide deployments.
  3. Drive complex sales cycles, working with internal partners and teams to best serve customers.
  4. Build long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors, leveraging consultative selling skills to position Thales solutions.
  5. Stay updated on industry news and trends, and how they affect our products and services.
  6. Surpass sales targets, consistently exceeding revenue expectations.
  7. Actively displace competing technologies, expanding market share and establishing Thales as the preferred solution.
  8. Demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  9. Travel as necessary within your territory, and to company-wide meetings.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Management, Marketing (or related field) or equivalent experience.
  2. Bilingual in Portuguese and English.
  3. 9+ years of experience evangelizing enterprise security technology.
  4. Experience and knowledge of cloud-based architectures, ideally in a cybersecurity context.
  5. Experience cultivating mutually beneficial relationships with our channel partners.
  6. Ability to lead all aspects of the sales cycle, with a successful track record selling complex solutions.
  7. Excellent time management skills, and work with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
  8. Highly competitive, ramp quickly, extremely adaptive, and pride yourself on exceeding production goals.
