Job Title: Social Media Content Creator

We are seeking a skilled Social Media Content Creator to join our team.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging content in Portuguese for the LATAM region based on specifications from the marketing manager and your own initiative. Mainly (but not only) texts and scripts of short vertical videos and series for social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook, and others.
  • Write competent and structurally sound texts without relying on AI.
  • Edit and review your own work, able to work with corrections, and fact-check independently.
  • Optimize social media posts by adjusting language, tone, and message to align with our target audience's behaviors.
  • Enhance posts for SEO when necessary to increase their visibility in search results.
  • Develop and suggest ideas for the content plan based on industry trends.
  • Track and report on personal social media insights, including types of posts, traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates, and other metrics.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to improve content quality.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging formats and sources, improving skills as new technologies and approaches emerge.
  • Work closely with the marketing team and other stakeholders, adapting content to meet task requirements and being flexible.
  • Ensure all editorial work adheres to company style, meets regulatory guidelines, and is suitable for the venue and audience.
  • Independently research and obtain relevant and reliable information for content, drawing from diverse sources in multiple languages, starting with Portuguese and English.
  • Interact with the design team to create visuals for content, initially under the supervision of the marketing team.
  • Proficiently use software tools such as Google Docs, Asana, Slack, Confluence, and Jira.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in creating high-quality content for social media platforms.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud and other graphic design software.
  • Basic understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
