The E-Mobility Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the expansion of charging infrastructure, ensuring seamless technical operations and market analysis. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders, including headquarters, dealerships, partners, suppliers, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management:

- Manage E-Mobility projects related to charging infrastructure, including customer charging cases at home, on-the-road, and at dealerships.
- Coordinate site preparation projects, such as charging hardware installation at dealerships.
- Negotiate partnerships with stakeholders to enhance and expand the charging ecosystem.
- Audit and manage customers' home charger installations.
- Conduct field tests on vehicles and charging hardware to ensure compatibility.
- Evaluate market readiness for electrified models.
- Validate and approve project timelines and targets aligned with the brand's strategy.

  • Market Insights & Customer Experience:

- Collaborate closely with the Product & Pricing team to evaluate best practices in E-Mobility.
- Enhance and facilitate customers' journeys through software and hardware aspects.
- Define charging hardware specifications for the Brazilian market.

  • Strategy:

- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for E-Mobility projects, ensuring alignment with the brand's vision.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
  • 3 years of experience in E-Mobility, electrified vehicles, or automotive electrification.
  • Strong knowledge and experience in the Automotive Industry.
  • Desired experience in the premium segment.
  • Solid analytical skills.
  • Customer-centric culture.
  • Technical knowledge of E-Mobility topics.
  • Ability to work in a structured manner and communicate effectively.
