Job Opportunity:

Senior Quality Assurance Analyst – Test Engineer

In this role, you will build retirement services solutions to help customers save time and stay compliant. You will work within a Scrum team to bring designs and ideas to life for new web applications integrated with backend microservices, APIs, and other systems.

You will start your day on a scrum call to sync up the sprint work and goal with your team. You will spend most of your day continuously evaluating existing test coverage, identifying gaps, and implementing test strategies to achieve confidence in automation and assure product quality. Your role also requires advocating for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience.

In this role, you will work with the development team and Product Owner to gather details on features we want to develop and use that information to build and execute product testing for web-based Human Resource solutions to determine customer usability before deployment. This role is critical to making sure we deploy usable products.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Evaluating existing test coverage and identifying gaps
  • Implementing test strategies to achieve confidence in automation
  • Advocating for necessary changes to improve the end-user experience
  • Working with the development team and Product Owner to gather details on features
  • Building and executing product testing for web-based Human Resource solutions
