Product Strategist

The role of a Product Strategist is to lead the development, execution, and deployment of business solutions. The successful candidate will create, innovate, and document strategic plans for product implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams, customers, and partners.

This includes working closely with stakeholders to identify and document customer needs and requirements. The candidate will also analyze market trends, formulate hypotheses, and adjust strategies to better serve the customer's needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering cutting-edge products combined with knowledge of business solution implementation processes and market requirements. They will possess an open mindset and passion to innovate, especially in the optimization of business solutions, elimination of waste, simplification, automation, and driving execution.

  • Efficiently develop and document strategic plans in close interaction with cross-functional team colleagues, customers, and partners.
  • Analyze market trends, formulate hypotheses, and define how to adjust strategies to better serve the customer's needs.
  • Apply the Design Thinking mindset to drive customer-centric innovation of business solutions.
  • Engage with and influence a broad set of contributors and experts across the organization to drive the design and realization of implementation guidance.
  • Proactively partner with business experts to drive the development of methodology guidance and implementation accelerators.
  • Actively work on developing and optimizing business solution content with support from experts across a range of solutions.
  • Drive adoption of business solutions through an active engagement with the community, supporting the delivery of rollout materials, videos, and enablement sessions for customers and partners.
