Backend Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team.

About the Role:

As a skilled Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient, scalable, and user-friendly back-end applications using Node.js and NestJS. You will also implement and manage relational and non-relational databases, such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop back-end applications using Node.js and NestJS.
  • Implement and manage databases, including PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
  • Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with other developers.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality.
  • Work in an agile environment, participating in sprints and planning meetings.
  • Write automated tests to ensure software quality.
  • Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Configure and manage containers using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Deploy and manage applications on cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Languages and Frameworks: Node.js, NestJS
  • Databases: PostgreSQL, MongoDB
  • Version Control: Git Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, Travis CI, or similar
  • Software Architecture: Microservices, RESTful APIs Containers: Docker, Kubernetes Cloud Services: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Libraries: Zod Interpersonal Skills: Effective communication, teamwork
