Job Overview

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for leading the organization's HR strategy, aligning with business objectives and ensuring compliance with labor laws and EHS regulations.

This role involves developing and implementing policies to foster a positive organizational culture, managing payroll, contracts, terminations, vacations, and HR KPIs, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and managing union/labor relations.

  • Talent Management:
    • Oversee performance management, succession planning, development plans, and career path modeling.

    • Promote feedback culture, recognition, communication, and inclusion initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance:

    • Ensure legal compliance and manage EHS systems, audits, and campaigns.
  • Change Management:
    • Lead HR integration and cultural alignment in M&A or transformation contexts.
  • Leadership & Team Management:
    • Set goals, monitor team performance, coach, and provide feedback.

  • Skills and Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
