**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented SAP iXp Intern to join our BTP Core Platform Services team. As a SAP iXp Intern, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including:

  • Helping to resolve customer issues through knowledge base articles, solved customer incidents, and documentation.
  • Creating knowledge base articles and sharing solutions with colleagues.
  • Learning technical and business topics through classroom training, remote training sessions, mentoring, and e-Learning trainings.
  • Reporting errors to development teams when necessary.
  • Conducting root-cause analysis of product and configuration issues.
  • Monitoring and enabling SLA fulfillment via queue monitoring.
  • Collaborating closely with other technical support teams and development support.

**Responsibilities**

As a SAP iXp Intern, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Analyzing and resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Creating and maintaining knowledge base articles and other documentation.
