Job Purpose
• Formulates and oversees the execution of the Operation Execution Plan for assigned projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards, company protocols, and project guidelines.
Job Responsibilities
• Evaluates operational procedures related to offshore activities.
• Assists the Project Operation Manager in developing operational procedures within the Project Execution Plan.
• Generates purchase order requests associated with installation support.
• Verifies the adequacy of the material supply chain in relation to project timelines and budgetary limits.
• Facilitates collaboration with the Engineering Department.
• Acts as the primary liaison with the Offshore Operations Support (OOS) team.
• Monitors asset readiness in coordination with the OOS contact.
• Reviews tests and documentation for alignment with client specifications.
• Promotes effective communication between the OOS team and the project.
• Coordinates and streamlines mobilization and demobilization processes (construction, transport).
• Collaborates with the Project Operation Manager to prepare for the Readiness Review prior to commencing marine operations.
• Gathers and organizes documentation for the 'as built' project dossier.
• Participates in HAZID and Risk Assessment meetings, ensuring information is effectively communicated.
• Engages in Engineering Review meetings and disseminates relevant information.
• Prepares documentation for the selection of suppliers and subcontractors.
• Attends meetings with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure alignment with operational project requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in subsea engineering.
• Potential professional registration with engineering institutions, subject to local regulations.
• Strong understanding of techniques and assets related to offshore installations.
• Familiarity with issues and interfaces associated with vessel mobilization.
• Knowledge of discipline-specific tools and procedures.
• Proficiency in professional English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
