Head of Business Growth

EBANX is a global fintech company that aims to be the leading payments partner in emerging markets. As the Head of Business Growth, you will be responsible for driving growth and diversification by leading strategic business initiatives from development through execution.
This role requires thriving in a fast-paced startup environment and the ability to think strategically and analytically about business, product, and technical challenges. You will build compelling value propositions and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in the financial, acquiring, payment, and eCommerce industries, as well as knowledge of the payments industry. Experience working in project groups in the financial/payments sector is also required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, pursue, and execute growth opportunities in the local market.
- Lead strategic negotiations and act as a liaison between EBANX and local partners/acquirers.
- Achieve RoAV targets by segment for new sales and upgrades.
- Develop and lead promotional initiatives leveraging local payment methods.
- Devise and execute activation strategies to decrease gross profit concentration at the country level.
- Expand the merchant base, forge partnerships, and explore new business channels.
Additionally, you will represent EBANX at regional events and develop local partnerships with acquirers, banks, government agencies, and shareholders.
