Requirements- Proven experience leading or directing a data security program, preferably within the healthcare/life sciences industry.
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or equivalent study and certification.
- Strong technical leadership skills, with the ability to advise senior stakeholders and other team members.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and manage relationships effectively.
- Proven analytical and investigatory skills, with the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Be part of a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
