Field Operations Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our field operations team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of elevators and escalators, ensuring customer satisfaction and passenger safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to branches, identifying problems and proposing solutions that meet customer needs;
  • Aid branches by providing complex technical support and proposing viable solutions to the regional office;
  • Prepare reports on process efficiency and products, meeting all regional demands;
  • Develop and conduct training on processes and procedures for technical teams and customers;
  • Conduct technical analyses for product implementation, modifications, and improvements according to specifications;
  • Monitor work homologation to ensure equipment meets contractual specifications.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering (or related area);
  • Proficiency in Otis technologies;
  • Knowledge of other brands is an asset;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Availability for travel;
  • Professional certification in NR10 and NR35 (desired).
