We're looking for a Jr Study Delivery Specialist who wants to learn and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple competing priorities within various clinical studies, utilizing excellent planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Apply knowledge of clinical trial regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Work independently, analyze problems systematically, and think creatively to drive solutions.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in clinical study delivery, including project planning and management.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful study delivery, adhering to Study Team Operating Model (STOM), current clinical study regulations, and GSK procedures.
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience in a pharmaceutical/scientific environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of ICH-GCP, clinical study delivery process, and industry standards.
  • Strong project management skills, with analytical and financial skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
