Job Description

We are seeking a credit analysis professional to join our team. As an Associate Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for performing preliminary credit analysis to support ratings, research, analytical outreach, and presentations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Quantitative assessment of financial documents, asset performance, and economic/market data.
  • Qualitative assessments of business strategy, financial policy, governance, and other factors.
  • Analysis of bond indentures and other legal documents.
  • Preparing financial spreadsheets and charts, analyzing data, building and updating financial models and analytical tools.
  • Identifying trends in data and using analytical ability to form well-supported credit conclusions.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • A bachelor's degree in economics, accounting, engineering, business administration, statistics, actuarial science or similar field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Python programming and Visual Basic for Applications is a plus.
