About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP Manager to join our team at Thomson Reuters. As an HRBP Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a designated Business Unit in the delivery of the HR cycle, including bonus/pay review, Talent Management, Performance Management, and Employee Survey.

You will also support high volume technology operation areas, analyze the business to identify and recommend HR priorities to support business agenda, and provide direction and staff management to the HR team.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field, English Advanced to Fluent, and deep knowledge of a broad range of HR policies, processes and core HR related topics impacting the employee life cycle.

You will also need strong analytical, reporting and presentation skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy, as well as demonstrated ability to confidently make recommendations to senior leaders for improved employee relations results based on data and findings.
