Platform Operations Specialist

We are seeking a talented platform operations specialist to join our team in developing and scaling data socialization and visualization platforms.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role where you will lead by example through design, coding, and problem-solving.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, operating, and improving AWS platform infrastructure for robustness, security, and scalability.
  • Managing and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, observability, cost monitoring, and system reliability.
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to develop and maintain APIs and backend services for the platform.
  • Writing comprehensive unit and integration tests, adhering to best practices.
  • Participating in code reviews and peer programming.
  • Producing technical requirements documents and system designs for platform enhancements.
  • Aligning platform and backend development with business needs.
  • Breaking down operational initiatives into actionable projects and leading their execution.
  • Mentoring junior engineers and guiding best practices in platform operations.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will collaborate closely with colleagues to drive business success and digital improvement.
