Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled People Operations Specialist to join our Corporate team in Recife, PE - Brasil. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining support activities to the People Manager, as well as administrative support to the People department and compliance with Kokku's benefits operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the People Manager in maintaining personnel files and ensuring compliance with Brazilian labor and social security laws.
  • Responsible for the entire process of hiring employees, including issuing of LGPD and NDA, as well as controlling PJs and CLT contracts.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate information collection and filing.
  • Responsible for the inclusion and exclusion of employees from insurance policies, health, dental, and life insurance policies.
  • Dispatch documents and communicate weekly updates on new hires.
  • Maintain digital copies of Internal Work Rules and IT Standards.
  • Support the people department and responsible for administrative routines.
  • Responsible for time reporting and sending reports to managers every 15 days.
  • Responsible for all administration of employee benefits, exclusion, inclusion, and payments.
Requirements
  • Graduation complete or in progress in Administration, Psychology, or People Management.
  • Basic knowledge of Labor Law CLT.
  • 3 years of professional experience in personnel routines and recruitment, preferably in games or information technology companies.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Intermediate English fluency.
  • Domain of the office package: Microsoft, Word, Power Point, Excel.
