About the Role

As the Solutions Manager, Brazil, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Project Managers locally. This team will be in charge of planning, executing, and successfully completing projects within the allotted timeline and budget for our customer in Brazil.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution and completion of projects, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer needs are met.
  • Perform installation and client acceptance of capitalized equipment, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements.
  • Provide budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel.
  • Utilize management skills to drive project success, rather than relying on technical expertise.
  • Act as a mediator to resolve internal issues and conflicting priorities for team members focused on delivering products to clients.
  • Monitor project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in people leadership positions.
  • Previous experience managing a business P&L.
  • Experience managing medium to large projects.
  • Fluent in English required, with advanced Spanish desired.
Main Activities
  • Receive assignments in the form of goals and determine how to utilize resources to meet schedules and goals.
  • Provide guidance to team members within the latitude of established company policies.
  • Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization knowledge of technology, customers, capabilities, business conditions, financials, contracts, and risk management to determine the company's strategy plan.
  • Manage the coordination of activities of a department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods, and staffing.
  • Act as an advisor to team members to meet schedules and/or resolve customer problems.
  • Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements, and P&L responsibilities.
