As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the HRIS and Learning Management System (LMS) administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage user permissions and security roles, monitor system performance, and troubleshoot issues to provide technical support to HR team members and end-users on system-related functionalities and best practices.
  • Conduct cyclic audits to ensure accuracy of employment and workforce data including maintaining organizational data.
  • Design and generate custom reports and analytics to support HR initiatives and business decisions.
  • Maintain role-based security and access controls, ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and internal policies, and supports audit requests on an as needed basis.
  • Support configuration, testing, integration, and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and/or new HR technologies.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and Payroll to ensure system alignment and data consistency across HR platforms.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize HR systems efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or another related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools. LMS technical experience is not required but highly desired.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of HR processes, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
  • Language Skills: Proficient in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
