Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will be a skilled software developer with experience in full stack development using Java and Angular. They will work on designing, implementing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-quality software components using Java and Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Work with Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior developers.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of professional software development experience.
  • Advanced English language skills are required.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is essential.
  • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript/Javascript, Angular, and Spark is necessary.
  • Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and others is highly valued.
  • Strong experience with HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles is a must.
  • Experience with SQL and major relational databases such as SQL Server or Postgres is required.
  • Experience with data warehousing and data transformation technology is an asset.
  • Familiarity with Git and DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (IAC) is essential.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools is valuable.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Attention to detail is crucial.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are necessary.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams is essential.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems is required.
  • Ability to take ownership over your work.
  • Ability to identify with the goals of the clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them.
  • Ability to consistently work a standard 40-hour week.
