AV System Specialist

A field technician with sound knowledge of AV systems is needed to join our team in Melbourne.

• Diagnose and repair faults for video conferencing, digital signage, audio systems, control systems, and displays.
• Assist permanent on-site technicians when required.
• Carry out routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical guidance and recommend solutions for AV related issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for escalated issues.

• Proven experience in AV installation, support, or maintenance.
• Strong skills in AV technology including audio, video, and control systems.
• Familiarity with major AV platforms and tools.
• Good understanding of video conferencing systems and networking principles.
• Experience in fault-finding, reading AV schematics, and working with DSPs.
