Job Title: Senior IT Project Manager

Job Summary:

The Senior IT Project Manager will oversee the delivery of the Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA) Accelerator product. This role will collaborate with various business stakeholders to define the product's strategy, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy across multiple products to deliver a new workflow for COAA products, including data materials and delivery model.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the systems, data, and business needs required for an integrated COA delivery system.
  3. Work with the Strategy Team to convert their vision for the product into a formal product roadmap that outlines scope, milestones, and budget over time.
  4. Serve as the main channel of communication between the Strategy Team and the Software Development Team.
  5. Understand detailed roadmap requirements and convert them into actionable user stories in Jira, following defined procedures, including test strategy and desired outcomes.
  6. Schedule and run recurring ad hoc meetings to manage each sprint with different teams, including Platform Strategy, Software Development, and supports commercialization of the offering as needed.
  7. Author various regulatory documentation artifacts such as business requirements, user requirements specifications, test strategy, validation plan, etc.

Requirements:

  1. Good listener that can quickly grasp design concepts and requirements.
  2. Ability to quickly learn key characteristics of the COA business and COA products marketed through the website.
  3. Strong English skills and ability to effectively document requirements in defined formats.
  4. Strong communicator that efficiently conveys messaging between different team stakeholders.
  5. Solid organization and project management skills to work to tight timelines and keep the team on schedule.
  6. Flexible, easy-going, and able to quickly adapt to changing demands.
  7. Ideally requires prior experience with Jira and Confluence.
  8. Beneficial to have experience with Salesforce Customer Community or alternative CMS platforms.
  9. Beneficial to have experience with CRM (Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics) and ERP (Microsoft Business Central and/or SAP) systems.
