Business Intelligence Analyst Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our organization in a key business intelligence analyst position. As a critical member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
  • Support senior analysts in conducting in-depth analyses to answer business questions and solve complex problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide analytical support for decision-making.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality, processes, and tools to enhance the effectiveness of business intelligence efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience or internship in business intelligence, data analysis, or related field within the iGaming industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience working with SQL and writing complex and efficient queries to retrieve data from different sources.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
  • Experience with data manipulation in Python using Pandas is desirable but not required.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
