DevOps Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps strategist to lead the development and implementation of our cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with business objectives.
  2. Oversee the management of scalable cloud environments and advanced CI/CD workflows.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of DevOps practices into software development and operations.
  4. Lead the adoption of innovative technologies and methodologies in DevOps practices.
  5. Evaluate and oversee security policies and risk management strategies in all DevOps activities.
  6. Mentor team members in advanced DevOps techniques and tools, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 7 years of experience in DevOps.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ensuring efficient project delivery and team collaboration.
  • Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure.
  • Strong experience in application security best practices.
  • Proven track record in developing and integrating large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in both back-end and front-end development areas.
  • Skilled in conducting code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines.
  • Expert understanding of client requirements, assessing potential benefits and weaknesses.
  • Advanced knowledge of technology trade-offs.
  • Strong experience leading client and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating technical concepts.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills in team management, task allocation, risk identification, decision-making, time estimation, conflict resolution, and project planning.
  • Advanced level of English proficiency.
