Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned AI professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI models and architectures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement multi-agent AI systems and production-ready agentic backends.
  • Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, ensuring seamless integration and scalability.
  • Apply advanced prompt engineering techniques, leveraging expertise in grounding and context management.
  • Drive innovation across the agent execution cycle: reasoning, planning, action, and feedback.
  • Contribute to full-stack development using TypeScript, empowering efficient model deployment.
  • Pioneer model fine-tuning and the development of scalable AI solutions, addressing complex business challenges.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience as an AI Engineer or similar roles (ML Engineer, Applied Scientist).
  • Proven track record of building multi-agent systems (e.g., LangGraph, LangFlow), showcasing technical excellence.
  • Expertise in production-grade agentic backends, encompassing monitoring, memory management, and logging for optimal performance.
  • Demonstrated skills in constructing RAG-based systems, delivering robust and efficient results.
  • Deep understanding of the agent execution lifecycle: knowledge/context handling, reasoning, planning, actions, and feedback.
  • Experience in fine-tuning models for specific tasks and domains, highlighting adaptability and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong proficiency in prompt engineering, model grounding, and effective context management, driving informed decision-making.
  • Keen awareness of emerging tools and libraries in the TypeScript ecosystem, staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Based in LATAM, with a strong focus on local talent and community engagement.
