As a Salesforce Consultant, you will serve as a trusted business advisor to our clients, collaborating to provide innovative solutions to solve their most challenging business problems.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement creative Salesforce CRM solutions to meet client needs.
- Lead functional discussions to understand client business challenges and develop solution architecture.
- Establish and promote design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.
- Experience in digital marketing and marketing automation.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, such as lead nurturing, audience segmentation, customer journeys, and marketing analysis.
- Leadership, self-management, and organizational skills.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud resources and functionalities (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio).
- Experience with APIs and integrations of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of SQL operations and joins.
- Experience with other email marketing automation platforms.
- Certification as Email Specialist or Administrator Marketing Cloud and Consultant Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with implementing CDC.
