Key Quality Manager for PhytoComplexes

Nutreco, a global leader in animal nutrition and fish feed, seeks a Key Quality Manager to drive the development of revolutionary ingredients. This pioneering role offers an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of functional feeds and feed additives.

Reporting directly to the Business Operations Manager at Nutreco Switzerland GmbH (NCH), you will be instrumental in elevating the quality function within the NutEx/Phytotechnology team. As a forward-thinking professional, you will collaborate across departments and functions to ensure end-to-end Feed to Food Safety and Quality (FSQ) compliance across all phases - from development to production.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in food science, biology, chemistry, or a related field, with several years of relevant experience preferably in quality roles in the feed, food or pharma industry. You will be knowledgeable about food and feed safety regulations, quality management systems, and certification schemes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including fluency in English and German, are essential. Experience with EU-based quality landscapes and willingness to travel up to 10% are also beneficial.

This is a full-time position based in Arbon (TG), Switzerland, offering a competitive remuneration package, 40 hours per week, 25 vacation days, and opportunities for business travel and personal development.
