Job Overview

This role involves overseeing a team of designers focused on paid ad creative, providing creative direction and actionable feedback to ensure assets align with brand identity and campaign objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 2-4 designers, including providing career support through regular 1:1s and project reviews.
  • Develop and iterate on high-performing ad campaigns in collaboration with performance marketers and strategists.
  • Oversee creative quality, ensuring alignment with platform best practices and campaign goals.
Senior Individual Contributor Responsibilities
  • Lead concept development and execution for paid media campaigns across various platforms.
  • Translate client marketing strategy and performance data into clear, compelling ad concepts.
  • Present creative work to stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic rationale.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of senior-level design experience, preferably with people management experience.
  • A strong digital portfolio showcasing performance-focused ad creative, including static ads, motion graphics, and short-form video.
  • Knowledge of AI software incorporation into workflows to increase efficiencies and output.
  • Familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
