Job Opportunity: Data Center Engineering Operations Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Data Center Engineering Operations Technician. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about technology and committed to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot facility and rack-level events, ensuring seamless performance within established service level agreements.
  • Perform a range of tasks including rack installs, decommissioning, operational readings, and infrastructure facility activities.
  • Maintain critical data center infrastructure equipment, prioritizing 99.999% uptime for our cloud computing portfolio.
  • Monitor the performance of maintenance and operations on electrical, mechanical, and fire/life safety equipment within the data center.
Requirements:
  • Electrical/Mechanical Technical High school or Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related area.
  • Relevant electrical and/or mechanical experience or data center/mission critical facilities experience.
  • Advanced English skills including reading, writing, and speaking proficiency.

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 18Kg independently and participate in group lifts for 18Kg+.
  • Walk job sites in uneven terrain, maintaining balance while performing construction tasks from ladders.

Work Schedule:

  • Adapt to changing site needs, with shifts rotating on a predefined schedule.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, ensuring seamless support when needed.
