Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled IT project manager to lead project assignments with minimal oversight and ensure successful delivery of IT projects for multiple clients.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for planning and executing IT projects, including infrastructure deployments, cloud migrations, and automation engagements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project assignments with little oversight
  • Plan and execute IT projects for multiple clients
  • Coordinate and manage project scope, following up on project activities, schedule, resources, and quality
  • Manage client relationships and communications between clients and internal teams
  • Monitor and report on project KPIs, including scope, effort, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Conduct post-project lessons learned meetings and implement improvements
  • Maintain and report on Risk, Actions, Issues, and Decision (RAID Log) for projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Project Management training and certification (e.g., Project Management Institute (PMI) certified, as a PMP)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of IT project management experience, including managing digital transformation teams in agile and waterfall environments
  • Demonstrated experience leading IT infrastructure, DevOps, and software development projects in cloud (Azure, AWS), networking, network security, Citrix, ServiceNow
  • Working knowledge of MS Project, JIRA, and ServiceNow preferred
