Accountant Payable Position

The role of an Accountant Payable involves handling financial transactions, managing supplier relationships, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Settlements with suppliers for group companies are to be accounted for;
  • Supplier documents availability is to be checked and entered into the ERP system;
  • Supplier documents are to be collected and archived, then transferred to outsourcing companies;
  • Settlements with suppliers are to be checked and reconciled with counterparties;
  • A report on debtors/creditors is to be prepared and submitted monthly;
  • Bank transactions are to be checked and bank account balances and movements are to be reconciled;
  • Bank statements are to be collected and archived, then transferred to outsourcing companies;
  • Participation in accounting and tax accounting preparation/optimization and automation in ERP systems.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Economic education;
  • 2+ years of experience in accounting;
  • Understanding of accounting principles and double-entry method;
  • Ability to work with large volumes of data;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google sheet;
  • Fluent English;
  • Native Russian.
