As a key member of the analytics team, you will contribute to the development of business performance indicators and analyze product and user behavior trends to inform strategic decisions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop business performance indicators and analyze product and user behavior trends to inform strategic decisions
- Design scalable analytical data models and architecture, and develop strategic dashboards that support decision-making across multiple business areas
- Act as a data partner to key departments, helping define performance indicators and drive advanced analysis
- Ensure governance, standardization, and integration of analytics solutions within existing data pipelines
- Promote data democratization through self-service tools and internal capability building
- Collaborate with Data Engineering and Product teams to connect analytics with digital products and business goals
The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL, Python, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), experience in data modeling (dimensional and semantic layers), and ability to work with analytics engineering tools such as dbt and Databricks. Strong cloud data environment skills are also desired.
This role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to foster technical growth and strong data storytelling within the Analytics team.
